About Me
My parents always told me from a young age that the sooner I purchased my first home the better. They didn't want to see my wasting money on rent when I could be paying a mortgage and building equity in something which is mine. However, when it came time to sign my first house purchase contract, I had no idea what any of the legal jargon meant. Luckily, I found a great real estate attorney, and now that the house is mine, I want to share information about real estate contracts with other first-time homeowners through this blog. I can't give you any legal advice, but I can help you better understand the purchase process.
